The visit to your farm was AWESOME! Actually it was one of our best experiences in New Zealand! We were so impressed with your concepts of running sustainable organic farming. Your innovative approach, your vision and your hard work towards achieving all that - a true inspiration for us! As ex-farmers we felt the connection from the minute we passed through the gate. School Visits
We volunteer our time and there is no charge for school visits. We believe it is important for all New Zealand children to visit farms and understand how food is produced and where it comes from.
Thank you so much Amy and Greg (and Poppa and Granny Margaret) for a fantastic morning. Everyone loved it and there is lots of interest at school in what great things you are doing at your organic, free range, robotic milking farm. We had such a rich learning experience seeing the exciting animal and earth friendly initiatives whilst acknowledging the initiatives and developments in technology from the past (Poppa's shed and the Herringbone milking shed).
